The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is comprised of 10 initiated members of the alumni association who are in good standing. They meet once a quarter and discuss the development of the association as well as the undergraduate chapter. The board authorizes the expenditure of money as well as the raising of funds in accordance with the by-laws of the association. Directors serve a staggered two-year term and are voted to the board by the membership. A member of the board can be from any DU chapter.
